Job description
The SharePoint Developer will support the development, deployment, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions. The candidate will work closely with project managers, end users, and IT teams to design and implement collaborative workflows and custom solutions that enhance business processes. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of SharePoint environments, configuration, and customization to meet organizational needs while ensuring alignment with security and privacy policies. Duties/Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and support SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists.Customize SharePoint workflows, web parts, and solutions based on user requirements.Design, develop, and maintain applications usingPower Apps(Canvas and Model-Driven) to solve business challenges.Automate workflows and business processes withPower Automate, including complex flows and integrations.Create and maintainPower BIdashboards and reports for data visualization and decision-making.Collaborate with end-users to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure that SharePoint design and features align with organizational security, information architecture, and usability best practices.Perform troubleshooting and debugging of SharePoint-related issues.Maintain system documentation and develop user guides as necessary.Assist in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and system improvements.Participate in testing and quality assurance processes for new SharePoint solutions.All other duties as assigned. Qualifications A minimum of four (4) years experience developing SharePoint solutions.Proficiency working with Power BI development (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, custom visuals).Power Apps and Power Automate experience, including complex flows and multi-data-source integrations.Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, workflows, and customization.Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and client-side frameworks for SharePoint customization.Experience in troubleshooting SharePoint issues and providing ongoing technical support.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Certifications Security+ CE or equivalent (IAT II) Clearance Secret Clearance (Interim Secret is acceptable)
