Job Description

We are seeking dedicated full-time paraprofessionals to join our team in supporting K-12 special education students across the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. In this role, you will partner closely with licensed teachers to create an inclusive and supportive environment tailored to each student’s unique needs. Working with students in either a one-to-one setting or small groups, you’ll assist with academic modifications, self-care, and social / behavioral support.

This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives, fostering their growth and confidence. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 - $23 , paid weekly, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule (7 : 30 am to 3 : 00 / 4 : 30 pm) and no weekend work. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with licensed staff to create a supportive classroom environment
• Work with students to achieve their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals
• Provide individual or small-group support during activities and assignments
• Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to learning
• Offer crisis support when necessary to promote student wellbeing
• Use a variety of learning methods to adapt to student needs and enhance engagement
