About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and driven M&A / Special Projects Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with a passion for financial analysis, strategic growth initiatives, and operational excellence. The M&A / Special Projects Manager will report directly to the CEO and will play a critical role in evaluating and executing merger and acquisition opportunities and leading high-impact special projects that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) :
- Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessments to support deal-making decisions.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
- Develop post-merger integration plans and monitor the success of acquisitions.
