Maintain knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and compliance requirements that impact pay programs, including but not limited to FLSA, EEO, minimum wage, and compensation disclosure regulations. Develop recommendations to address any required changes.

Technology & Systems Enablement

Serve as the compensation technology SME, partnering with HRIS and IT to optimize tools such as Oracle, market pricing platforms, and analytics dashboards. Partner with other members of the Compensation team to ensure consistency in approach.

Lead system testing, configuration reviews, and data validation for compensation-related modules.

Identify and execute opportunities to automate workflows and improve data integrity across platforms.

Lead system-related training and own documentation for end-users.

You're Good At :

You have a customer-centric approach - building strong working relationships and quickly gaining trust. You leverage your relationships to continuously solicit feedback and adjust approaches along the way.

You thrive working autonomously yet also love to collaborate - you are self-driven, anticipating challenges or bottlenecks and plan effectively around them

When you have an idea, you test it. You don't wait for permission to explore innovative ideas, and you lead with a continuous improvement mindset. You partner with teammates and Total Rewards leadership on ideas, recommendations, and action.

You think systematically about implementing solutions across the enterprise - with strong project management expertise, ability to escalate risks to leadership, and ability to bring various stakeholders together to co-design towards the solutions that work best

You are excited to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment, while working together with a high-performing team

You are skilled and able to learn new technologies and systems quickly and willing to try things to see what works, what does not and how we can make things better

You keep an open mind, embrace change positively and flex to different situations. You have a strong orientation towards continuous improvement.

You seek out thought-partnership both from compensation teammates and other cross functional partners, all to gain more insight, deliver at a high level for the customer, and ensure alignment on important decisions.

Basic Qualifications :
