We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support reporting, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve operational performance, reporting accuracy, and strategic planning efforts.
This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, develop impactful dashboards and reports, and provide actionable insights that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, validate, and analyze large datasets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Develop and manage data models to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities through data analysis.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to perform analysis and build reporting models.
- Assist with process improvements and reporting automation through tools such as Power Apps and VBA.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality reviews.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- Document data processes, reporting methodologies, and best practices.
- Present findings in a clear and meaningful way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.

Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field.
- Experience with data cleansing, transformation, and modeling.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- Power Query
- Advanced Formulas
- Macros
- Data Visualization
Skills
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
