Front Office Analyst

Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Front Office Analyst to support the Maintenance Engineering Division of the U.S. Army. This position is located in Corpus Christi, TX, onsite at CCAD.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Prepare documents, letters, memorandums, reports, briefings, and administrative forms in accordance with US Army and government requirements and regulations.
  • Responsible for collaborating and providing administrative support for Contractor and Division Level Managers and the Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD).
  • Extract data from various databases and analyze the data.
  • Verify and validate data.
  • Summarize and present data analysis in a useful format, such as charts, graphs, tables, etc.
  • Manage conference room schedules, staff schedules, teleconference lines, phone rosters, and conference recordings.
  • Use sound business ethics, including the protection of high-level proprietary and confidential information.
  • Coordinate activities/events and communications within the division and with contractors and provide guidance and support.
  • Perform other division-level support duties, including telephone coverage, facilities trouble call generation, supply room maintenance and ordering, key distribution and audits, file management, and shred bin pickup.
  • May require lifting up to 20 pounds.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing analytical/administrative support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to proofread grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy.
  • Outstanding organization and customer service skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalency.
  • Must be a US Citizen and have/able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
