Vaco has partnered with a growing education company looking to bring on a Senior FP&A Reporting Analyst to support their finance team. This high-impact role offers visibility across the organization and a collaborative environment with flexible hybrid work arrangements. You’ll lead balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, support board and lender reporting, and ensure accuracy in regulatory filings and covenant tracking. If you have a strong foundation in FP&A and enjoy working cross-functionally to deliver meaningful financial insights, we’d love to connect.

Maintain monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasts
Monitor bank covenants and support Board and lender reporting
Analyze financial trends and variances to support decision-making
Drive reporting process improvements and template standardization using Excel and Adaptive Planning
Ensure data accuracy and alignment between actuals and forecasts during close Requirements :
BS in Accounting or Finance required
CPA License is a plus
Education industry experience is a plus
