At Oswego Grill, we are looking for highly motivated team players who can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Examples of Server Tasks

· Must be friendly, engaging and outgoing and have a desire to connect with people.

· Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies

· Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including chef features, beverage pairings, and dietary accommodations.

· Accurately communicate orders to the bar and kitchen, including dietary needs and special requests

· Provide attentive table service, including refills, clearing dishes, and fulfilling guest requests

· Process payments and present checks, including handling cash and credit transactions accurately
