Job descriptionConsistently meet or exceed dealership sales targets and KPIs. Utilize proven sales techniques to close deals and increase profitability. Partner with the Sales Manager to strategize and hit monthly and annual sales goals. Stay current with inventory and automotive technology trends. Perform thorough pre-delivery inspections and road tests. Ensure a smooth delivery experience by explaining features, documents, and maintenance plans. Adhere to all dealership, state, and federal sales regulations and ethical practices. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness. Foster a positive team environment through respectful and professional conduct. Education : High School Diploma or equivalent required.
