This opportunity is designed for experienced caregiving leaders — professionals who combine hands-on CNA or direct care expertise with strong operational judgment, team leadership, and organizational excellence. In this role, you will drive care coordination strategy, mentor and develop caregivers, and ensure seamless communication across clients, families, and agency leadership.

Recruit, Train, and Support Caregivers
Build a reliable, compassionate caregiving team through thoughtful hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Coordinate Care & Scheduling
Manage daily caregiver schedules, handle call-offs and coverage needs, and ensure continuity of care through organized planning and follow-through.
Assist With Client Onboarding & Care Plans
