You will oversee quality assurance initiatives, implement food safety protocols, and lead a dedicated team committed to excellence. Your role will involve regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve quality issues, conduct audits, and maintain regulatory compliance. On a typical day, you can expect to analyze product specifications and conduct inspections, as well as maintain documentation related to quality metrics. This role allows you to work across multiple locations working collaboratively with other Quality Managers to ensure consistent practices.
