Product Manager

The ideal candidate should bring proven expertise in Product Management, including requirements definition and prioritization, stakeholder collaboration, and negotiation within Agile / SAFE frameworks. Prior experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager is essential.

Strong communication skills are critical, along with a demonstrated ability to think analytically and structurally, with keen attention to detail. The candidate should be a creative problem solver, capable of applying innovative approaches to complex challenges.

Qualifications : Must have :

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Technology, or similar program
• Total 7-8+ years of experience with SDLC.
• 4 to 5 years of experience as an independent Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager role.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience driving all aspects of the software development lifecycle with development teams - iteration themes, backlog grooming, story mapping, user story creation and decomposition, retrospectives, etc.
• Deep customer empathy, including ability to understand end-to-end scenarios and how to measure success.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong ability to gather and interpret complex and relevant data.
• Passionate about sharing your experiences and knowledge and growing your peers.
• Builds a strong relationship with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and products / services.
• Proven ability to negotiate priorities with business stakeholders.
• Driven, curious, and continuous learner who strives to understand the business impact of work.
• Visio (or similar tool) expertise required to create systems or other simple logical drawings and mapped workflows.
