Job description
A company is looking for an Underwriting Technician to join their National Accounts Property Team.
Key Responsibilities
Process new and renewal insurance applications accurately and timely
Assist underwriters by communicating with agencies and managing routine underwriting tasks
Perform data entry, issue policies, and handle cancellations or reissues as requested
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; some college preferred
Minimum of three years of related work experience in an office environment
Knowledge of policy processing procedures and applicable insurance products
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
