As a Principal User Experience Designer on League of Legends , you’ll lead design efforts in a high-impact, high-complexity product space, tackling ambiguous and challenging problems. Your work will span end-to-end experience design, shaping multiple interconnected features—often across teams—to elevate the player experience. From vision and concepting to final implementation, you’ll drive design excellence while collaborating closely with your fellow designers and cross-discipline partners. You will report to the Design Lead of the project.

Responsibilities :

• Work on UX designs across multiple workstreams, focusing on the interaction design and player flows for these areas.
• Deliver appropriate level of design artifacts for the team (e.g., Strategy articulation, discovery / research results, journey maps, flows, wireframes, mockups and / or prototypes).
• Communicate your data-informed vision and design rationale to the team and stakeholders.
• Break down experiences thoughtfully for teams to ship value incrementally (i.e., Minimum loveable experience), making appropriate trade-offs between features, player needs, and scope.
• Establish experiential quality metrics and interaction consistency across player-facing systems.
