As a Customer Experience Associate or Delivery Specialist , you'll play a critical role in the experience we provide to our customers. You'll build long-lasting relationships; become a trusted problem-solver and an expert in the RV Industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist our Delivery Coordinators to host the customer(s) on delivery day from the moment they arrive through the moment they leave. Creating an engaging and fun experience.
- You will become an RV expert and learn how to effectively teach customers how to fully utilize their RV (training provided).
- Use a guided delivery sales presentation to showcase RV accessories they will need and want to have a successful RV experience. This includes coordinating the installation of any purchases.
- Work collaboratively with the special order parts team, sales and technicians to help locate and identify needed parts and accessories.
