We are hiring Retail Investment Research Specialists on behalf of an AI Lab building advanced financial intelligence systems for individual investors. This role is designed for self-directed market participants who actively engage with equities, form investment views, and seek to sharpen their decision-making edge. You may approach markets with varying levels of structure—ranging from conviction-driven idea generation to more reactive portfolio monitoring—but you share a common trait : a strong personal interest in understanding market movements, evaluating opportunities, and improving investment outcomes. In this role, you will help train and evaluate AI systems that aim to replicate and enhance how real-world investors think, research, and act.
