Position Overview :

The Warranty Specialist - Aftersales is responsible for managing and processing warranty claims across North America. This includes the technical evaluation of warranty requests, selecting and approving required spare parts, coordinating service interventions with our suppliers, and supporting the technical assessment and analysis of warranty cases to continuously improve our products. In this position, you will make decisions regarding warranty eligibility and contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and product quality through professional and efficient solutions. This position will be based at our Houston, TX office in a hybrid capacity, with a combination of onsite & remote workdays.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and analyze warranty cases for INNIO Jenbacher products.
• Select and approve necessary spare parts to ensure efficient and sustainable solutions.
• Evaluate warranty claims from customers, both technically and commercially.
• Coordinate service interventions with suppliers under the scope of INNIO warranty.
• Proactively identify potential product improvements across the installed gas engine fleet and present technical issues in quality meetings.
• Document and update warranty cases to maintain traceability and transparency.
• Submit warranty claims to suppliers and support procurement in cost recovery efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across internal departments.
• Support root cause analysis activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
