BETA Group, Inc. is seeking motivated candidates for our Summer Internship – Water Resources & Wastewater Engineering program. As an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of real-world environmental, water resources, and wastewater projects alongside a team of experienced engineers, planners, and scientists. This is a valuable opportunity to learn from industry leaders and gain practical skills that will support your future in engineering.

Responsibilities :

• Gain valuable hands-on experience to begin building your engineering career
• Apply classroom knowledge to real-world water and environmental engineering challenges
• Conduct field investigations, data collection, and site visits with engineering staff
• Support a variety of active projects across both design and construction phases
• Contribute to project tasks and deliverables while learning new technical skills
• Develop a deeper understanding of the engineering profession through practical experience
• Collaborate with and learn from experienced engineers, planners, and technical staff
• Take initiative in your learning by asking thoughtful questions and actively engaging with your team

Preferred location is BETA’s Norwood, MA office. Candidates should have flexibility to work from our other office locations.
