Chicago Oral Surgery & Implant Center is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Treatment Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Chicago, IL. This position plays a key role in guiding patients through their oral surgery and implant treatment journeys—from consultation to post-op follow-up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, reviewing financial options, handling insurance-related matters, and ensuring clear, compassionate communication with patients. A strong focus on patient education and comfort is essential, as you'll be helping individuals navigate procedures that are often complex or unfamiliar. Schedule for the Treatment Coordinator :
Monday - Friday : 8AM - 5PM
Saturday : 8AM - 1PM
- Team is to be at the office 30 minutes prior to start time.
Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Coordinator :
At least 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience preferred
Greet patients warmly, discuss treatment plans, and answer questions to ensure understanding.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, optimizing patient flow and efficiency.
Present and explain financing options, handle billing, activate contracts, and manage payments.
Coordinate with the insurance team for verification, claims, and notify patients of benefits.
Follow up on missed appointments, delinquent fees, and insurance verification issues.
Assist in treatment planning, documentation, and drafting referral letters and consents.
Educate patients on oral surgery care, oral hygiene, and post-treatment instructions.
Conduct new patient welcome calls and confirm new patient appointments.
Use practice management software to maintain accurate records and treatment updates.
Collaborate with team members, participate in meetings, and support a positive work environment.
Must be detail oriented, organized, and personable with patients.
