Seasoned RecruitmentCalifornia, California, USAWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of home health professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing highquality care to patients in their homes on weekends.
Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in their homes including medication administration wound care and patient education
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Monitor patients vital signs and overall health status
Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and medications
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Work independently and as part of a team to provide compassionate and comprehensive care
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of State
Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health or a related setting
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing highquality patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
