Job description

Start a Hands‑On Career in Welding & Fabrication

No Experience Needed | Paid Training | $20–$26/hr

Do you love working with your hands—building, fixing, tinkering, or creating things at home?

Ready to turn that passion into a skilled trade career with long‑term stability and growth?

This is your opportunity to break into welding and metal fabrication with paid, on‑the‑job training and a supportive team that wants to see you succeed.

Why You’ll Love This Opportunity

  • We train you from day one — no prior welding experience required
  • Learn valuable, in‑demand trade skills you can build a career on
  • Clear growth path with cross‑training in fabrication and welding
  • Multiple shifts available to fit your lifestyle
  • Supportive, team‑first environment welcoming all experience levels
  • Stable, long‑term manufacturing career — not just a temporary role

If you bring curiosity, motivation, and mechanical aptitude, we’ll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Learn & Do

As an apprentice, you’ll rotate through key areas to build strong, real‑world skills, including:

  • Basic metal fabrication techniques
  • Measuring, cutting, and preparing metal materials
  • Operating brake presses and spot welders
  • Grinding, buffing, prepping, and finishing parts
  • Hands‑on exposure to MIG and TIG welding
  • Assisting with assembly, packaging, paint, and custom metal projects

You’ll gain experience step‑by‑step — never thrown in before you’re ready.

Pay, Shifts & Perks

  • $20–$26/hour, based on experience and shift
  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
  • Entry‑level candidates welcomed and trained
  • Experienced candidates start at higher pay
  • Tuition reimbursement for welding certifications or continued trade education

Who This Is Perfect For

  • Career‑changers looking to enter the skilled trades
