Position Overview
Entry-level receptionist position available. Position assists the business owners, management team, and team members with various tasks including answering incoming calls and directing to the correct parties, collecting payments, customer service follow-ups, ordering office supplies, using multiple types of software, and interfacing with customers and suppliers.
Experience with Outlook and Excel is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and welcoming reception to clients
- Answer and direct all calls company-wide
- Capture relevant customer and job information
- Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent
- Assist other departments within the company
- Receive packages and disperse them to the correct parties
- Update existing client files with relevant information
- Office Supplies / Special Request ordering
- Assist with payment processing as needed
- Assist with meeting preparations as needed
Job Requirements
- High school diploma / GED required
- Comfortable with using multiple types of software
- Personal time management and organizational skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to manage highly confidential information
