Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator with a major organization in Miami, FL.
Hybrid- 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.

Summary :
Salesforce administrator to work with the Department of IT and necessary external constituents in a new Salesforce environment to meet current business needs.
This role is part administrator, part Salesforce analyst and 100% dedicated to our mission. Primarily responsible for the continuous efforts of system enhancements, maintenance, and widespread adoption.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Studies, or other technical discipline and 2 years related experience
- 2+ years of previous implementing and administering enterprise class CRM systems as well as a record of partnering with business users to improve processes using best practices and Salesforce and associated technologies
- 1+ years as an admin in a highly complex Salesforce org
- Certification in Salesforce Admin preferred
- Possess a very strong Salesforce service-oriented architecture and integration background
- Experience in customizing Salesforce to meet business needs

Duties :
- Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment and focus on the institution's use of data towards its mission
- Work with staff, end users and consultants to maintain, enhance, create, and manage necessary workflows rules, data validation and configurations within the Salesforce environment
- Maintain system governance and security user roles / profiles, security settings and access settings, including User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security
- Assist with the management of web servers, back-end database environments, file sharing services and other technologies as needed.
- Manage Peoplesoft data extraction queries for salesforce integration
- Integrate third party products and tools with the Salesforce environment.
- Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards, as well as document application requirements and field maps for new functionalities
- Formulate test plans, create use cases, and establish protocols ensuring updates / new functionality are thoroughly tested with development team
- Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues, as necessary
- Ensure high quality project deliverables and meet project schedule timelines
- Plan for upgrades, seasonal releases and long-term projects in a timely manner
- Ensure consistency of CRM usage conventions, compliance with best practices, and integrity of data
