Commercial / Industrial Piping Project Manager / Field Construction Manager

We are a full-service mechanical contractor providing customers in the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors with innovative, energy-efficient heating and air conditioning services, automation and controls, industrial piping, new construction design and installation, and maintenance and replacement services.

Summary of Position :

• Manage, plan, implement and monitor the construction project's progress to ensure HVAC and process piping systems are installed in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Support field crews to make sure they are adequately supplied with materials on a timely basis to maintain productivity.
• Coordinate with field supervisors and other PMs to man projects with appropriate field forces to maintain internal and customer schedules.
• Ensure project delivered is an above average installation from a quality standpoint that is a properly operating system on time and within budget while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of the project that is assigned from start to finish including warranty period.
• Develop a plan to take the project from start to finish in a manner that meets the required schedule and budget.
• Execute the plan and make modifications as necessary to stay on schedule and on budget.
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously will be required and expected.
• Note that this position will spend a significant amount of time in the field visiting job sites and supervising piping installations. The expectation will be that 75% or more time will be spent in the field.
