Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and expand a team of Mid-Market & Enterprise Account Executives to exceed sales quotas
Drive the sales process for strategic and complex deals, including multi-year contracts
Architect and refine the sales playbook for scalability and predictability
Required Qualifications
8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with mid-market and enterprise accounts
3+ years of sales leadership experience managing Account Executives
Experience selling complex SaaS platforms and navigating RFPs
Proven ability to design and implement repeatable sales processes
Proficiency with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies
