Role Summary :

As a Title Manager you will play a key role in managing a small team of Title Experts and facilitating the successful completion of title applications for our home loans all while providing exceptional customer service.

You will be a part of a customer-first team that takes pride in processing title applications with the upmost care to meet state and county requirements.

Anticipated Responsibilities :

• Support and manage a team of Title Experts
• Process through preparing and submitting title application packages to the appropriate state agency (Department of Motor Vehicles, Department of Revenue, etc)
• Check loan documents, purchase agreements, and related lien and title information for accuracy
• Coordinate lien releases when required
• Maintain compliance standards and policies to ensure all title applications are in adherence
• Keep track on the progress of title applications
• Build relationships with relevant agencies, clients, and lienholders to resolve title issues effectively

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of managerial experience in title
• 3-4 years of experience in Title or Auto Title
• Demonstratable record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong willingness to maintain and ensure a high level of integrity
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Open to learning new technologies OneDrive (Microsoft systems), Asana and our proprietary custom built software
