Job Description
Manage day-to-day construction site activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel for optimal project execution.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including daily reports and change orders.
