First project - wood frame multifamily project in Warwick RI. They have grown substantially over the past 20 years into one of New England's premier GCs! They mainly serve the Massachusetts and Rhode Island markets. The Lead Super is responsible for :

• Onsite daily - first job in Warwick RI
• Upcoming work in CT, RI, and Western MA
• Overseeing the full scope of the physical construction of the project
• Leading a team of 6-7 supers
• Safety, QA / QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management
• Supervision of day-to-day work in the field
• Turning out high-quality work in the largest possible quantities for the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time
• Planning in advance and ensuring the flow of personnel and materials will be available
• Managing and developing assistant super & other junior staff
