Are you a seasoned financial professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for technology? We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Controller to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment in the technology industry. As a Permanent Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including annual budgeting, consolidations, and income statement preparation.

You will play a key role in setting financial goals, establishing policies, and making critical financial decisions that will drive our company's success.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all financial operations, including the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk.
• Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts, report variances, and develop strategies to achieve financial goals.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the consolidation process, ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
• Implement and maintain financial management systems, processes, and controls, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment.
• Work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and assess any changes necessary.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA, CPA, or related designation is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior-level finance or accounting position, preferably in the technology industry.
• Proven experience with financial analysis and interpretation, annual budgeting, consolidations, and income statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
• Proficient in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
• Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
• High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a unifying force and to position financial discussions at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Must be able to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
