Job SummaryWe are seeking a full-time Dietitian - Nutrition Care Manager to join our team in the healthcare unit at a large Continuing Care Retirement Community in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Current healthcare unit patient census is 75 with capacity of up to 80. Anticipated schedule will be Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, based on business needs and could at times, include weekends.

Relocation assistance available!*We pay professional dues for our RDs including CDR fees, Academy or ASPEN annual membership and state license fees!!*Touchpoint encourages our clinical dietitians to pursue advanced clinical certifications such as CDCES, CNSC, CSO, etc.

We offer a $2,500 one-time salary increase for successfully obtaining an advanced certification.Key Responsibilities : Provides medical nutrition therapy to include screening, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, evaluation, and the resident plan of careAdvises the dining department on resident care and meal service matters as well as conducts meal rounds per company protocolsAssists with the planning of menus regarding nutrition, regulatory compliance, general resident population preferences, and wellness trends / initiativesProvides full cycle supervision and training of the dining service teamComplies with all regulatory agency standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to community confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and resident rights policiesParticipates in resident satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement ProgramsQualifications : Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) - requiredLicensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable- requiredOne (1) year of senior living experience- preferredSupervisory experience- desirableServSafe® certified- desirablePossess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programmingApply to TouchPoint today!TouchPoint is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass Story ()Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
