Job Description
The New York office of Sidley Austin LLP is seeking mid-level associates to join its M&A and Private Equity Group. Candidates should have at least four years of experience and should have experience with private equity and leveraged buyout transactions.
Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements, supervising and training junior associates and coordinating legal specialist working on the deal team.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York.
New York Applicants : Salaries may vary by location. In New York City, the estimated target salary range of this role is $250,000 $415,000.
Salary determinations are made based on numerous factors, such as, but not limited to, the relevant market and the skill, experience, class or graduation year, and education of the selected candidate.
