Role :

• Monitoring DEX Scores, creating recommendations for improvement
• Creating proactive incidents for improvement in performance
• Creating relevant alerts, dashboards, reports for other teams
• Creating Remote Actions to fix common incidents
• Creating Campaigns for alerting, survey and well-being of employees
• Sentiment analysis, opinion interpretation
• Creation of reports on common requests from employees
• Plan & execute the identified solutions through SCCM / Nexthink, post Client approval.
• Perform Nexthink baselining activities.
• Maintaining Nexthink tool compliance
• Proficient in script language such as RPA, PowerShell, python etc
• Managing Nexthink campaigning activities
• Managing & maintaining tool health
• Manage tool administration
