Location : United States (Remote)
Pay : $31 - $35 per hour
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via email and chat
- Assist customers with product information order status and technical support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address complex customer queries
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
