CoreResponsibilities :
Serve as primary customer contactproviding premium conciergelevel service to travelers from start tofinish
Respond to telephone email inquiriesand online travel submissions in a timelyfashion
Research and book Domestic andInternational travel packages including air hotel tours and groundtransportation
Work directly with top supplierslike Expedia Universal Studios Princess Cruises Avis Deltaetc..
Become familiar with multiplewebbased booking engines and travelresources
Pricing & and costcalculations for changes or added tripfees
Provide etickets and take creditcard payments over thephone
Travel Planning andSales :
Plan andsell transportation accommodations insurance and other travelservices
Collaborate with clients tounderstand their needs and provide advice on suitable destinationstransportation modes travel dates costs andaccommodations
