Relocation assistance, although not guaranteed, may be available. The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, there is no remote / telework arrangement available for this position.
In support of the Program Director, the primary objective of the SiAW PI Manager is to orchestrate cross-functional alignment across all elements of a complex program by providing critical oversight to drive execution, visibility, and issue resolution to achieve program performance goals. The individual will be responsible for seamless integration and execution of the portfolio and growth activities. Primary duties will include facilitating the processes and tools to support end-to-end program plans and the utilization of tools to perform analyses, visualization, and optimization of program data. Candidate will facilitate cross-IPT and cross-program integration, Earned Value Management, Risk Management, and campaigns for successful completion of critical program milestones. Other duties will include support to the program office planning and communication, facility planning, staffing demand and onboarding; Infrastructure (workspace, dev. Environments, integration facilities, and multi-level security IT); program review / customer meeting coordination, and tool and metric development. The PI Manager is responsible for leading program integration across all phases of the program life cycle from inception (proposal development) through startup, execution, and completion (contract closeout). The PI Manager will also be the functional manager for the project managers. Salary Range : $112,000.00 - $168,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
