Our client, a retail pharmacy, is looking for multiple Customer Service Representatives for their Phoenix, AZ location. These positions are Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities include verifying insurance coverage for potential new clients and re-verifying insurance coverage for existing patients to process patient prescription needs and demonstrate excellence in customer service.
