Capital One Product Framework In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management :

• Human-Centered - You will obsess over the needs of our internal and external data consumersfrom business analysts and data scientists to our end customers. You will translate those needs into innovative data solutions, focusing on the accessibility, usability, and integrity of our data products.
• Business-Focused - You will deliver game-changing outcomes by focusing on the business value of our data. This includes identifying opportunities for data monetization, improving operational efficiency through better data pipelines, and enabling new, data-driven revenue streams.
• Technology-Driven - You will leverage technology to deliver innovative and resilient data solutions. This involves collaborating with data engineering and machine learning teams to build scalable data models, APIs, and platforms that enable both near-term analytics and long-term value creation.
• Integrated Problem Solving - You will identify and resolve complex data problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks. This includes tackling challenges related to data quality, schema evolution, system performance, and data governance.
• Transformational Leadership - You will lead cross-functional teams of data engineers, data scientists, and ML engineers to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment around a unified data strategy. You will act as an advocate for data literacy and best practices across the company.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Sales Territory : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management Plano, TX : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management McLean, VA : $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY : $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management Cambridge, MA : $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA : $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
