Job Description
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from initiation to close-out. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with all project stakeholders to promote collaboration and trust. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have : a strong understanding of commercial construction processes and best practices. 10+ years of construction experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams. An educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
