What Were Looking For :
- Passion for the automotive industry, especially European makes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in a service advisor role preferred
- Familiarity with Shop-Ware and AutoVitals is a plus
- Ability to manage repair orders, keep customers informed, and work closely with technicians
