GPAC is partnered with a commercial contractor which performs construction repairs across the DC / Baltimore metro areas, and they are seeking an organized and energized team-player for a Production Manager position in the Building Exteriors Division .
Overview The Production Manager is responsible for the successful, safe, and profitable execution of jobs within the Building Exteriors Division, while maintaining strong customer relationships through highly responsive service, reliability, and quality projects.
Typical projects include masonry and concrete repairs, foundation waterproofing, caulking and wet glazing.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years’ industry experience in field operations
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and other requirements
- Computer literacy in Outlook (Excel and Word preferred, but not required)

Fluency in English and Spanish

- Organized, able to multi-task, high level of attention to detail
