Key Responsibilities
- New Product Quality Assurance : Collaborate closely with development teams to support quality in new product processes, write and execute scientific test plans, and report findings to ensure product readiness.
- Ongoing Quality Conformance : Provide technical support for receiving inspections, lead material review boards, and implement corrective actions with suppliers.
- Quality Reporting and Improvement : Contribute to monthly performance reports, identify areas for enhancement, and support engineering solutions for quality assurance.
- Process and Product Quality Control : Plan and control quality processes, including material control and acceptance sampling, in line with quality principles.
- Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) : Lead FMEA projects to understand and resolve quality issues efficiently.
- Environmental Initiatives : Support efforts to enhance product sustainability and meet environmental goals.
- Vendor / Supplier Interaction : Conduct supplier audits, address quality issues, and ensure compliance with company quality policies.
Education and Experience Required
Education : Bachelor's degree in business, math, science, or equivalent.Experience : Minimum of 2 years in quality engineering within a similar industry.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
