Hospitality Specialist

We are a premier fondue restaurant located on York Road in Uptown, Towson.
At the Melting Pot, fondue truly becomes a memorable dining experience where guests can dip into something different - and discover all the ingredients to a relaxed atmosphere, private tables, attentive service, fine wines, and signature fondue dinners.

Our mission is to provide the Perfect Night Out to our guests and a positive work environment to our team members. We offer extremely competitive pay and the opportunity to cross train and grow.
Our hours of operation are family and student friendly. We are looking for both full and part time. The Melting Pot in Towson is a great supplemental income job for those with day jobs or are in school.
No restaurant experience required. Previous hosting or customer service positions a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide a great first impression by welcoming guests to the restaurant.
- Answer phone calls, assist guests with reservations, and answer any questions.
- Assign guests to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of guests.
- Provide guests with menus and answering any initial questions.
- Engage with guests to ensure they're happy with their experience and receiving the Perfect Night Out.
- Establish rapport with guests by being professional, hospitable, and recognizing special occasions.
- Work with other Team Members to create memorable experience.
