Project Manager (MEP) (Union City)

Position Summary

Were looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial HVAC and mechanical construction who thrives on tackling complex designs, fast-paced schedules, and unique project challenges. In this role, youll manage projects both large and smallsometimes coordinating multiple jobs at oncewhile providing leadership to project engineers and partnering closely with field teams to deliver exceptional results.

This position requires strong judgment, the ability to work independently within established processes, and a collaborative mindset. Youll take ownership of project outcomes while rolling up your sleeves when needed to ensure milestones are achieved. What Youll Do

• Build strong client relationships by providing regular project updates and progress reports.
• Manage project financials, including budget reports, cost analysis, revenue forecasting, and change orders.
• Lead and participate in project meetings with stakeholders and internal departments.
• Ensure scope, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved across all assigned projects.
• Delegate assignments, mentor project engineers, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with subcontractors and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless project execution.
