Day-To-Day Responsibilities :
- Initiative Management and Cross-Functional Coordination
- Maintain initiatives across all functions / go-to-market for Facet
- Ensure programs are delivered on time by monitoring progress, flagging delays, and facilitating rapid issue resolution
- Stay one step ahead of the President & COO on all initiatives by anticipating needs and closing gaps by engaging with relevant stakeholders
- Program Management
- Oversee governance and prepare agendas for weekly initiative meetings ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
- Facilitate effective decision-making by coordinating the flow of information and ensuring timely communication between the President & COO and her leadership team
- Content Management
- Develop, edit, format, and proofread presentation decks
- Off-site and Event Planning
- Plan offsite and event programming for Facet including the development of agenda content and programming
- Oversee in-person event execution
- Organize various company-wide virtual events
- Calendar / Meeting Management
- Manage the President & COO's personal and business calendars ensuring all meetings, events, and commitments are scheduled and aligned with strategic priorities
- Manage meetings across the President & COO's leadership team and broader organization (ex. monthly All Team meetings)
- Manage team record-keeping and PTO requests for President & COO's organization
- Travel Coordination & Expense Management
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for in-person events and engagements
- Submit expense reports and manage department expenses
