Salary : $19-$22 hour DOE

Job Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable ledger, processing incoming payments, reconciling invoices, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions related to accounts receivable.

Responsibilities :

• Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies if any.
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing and customer credit issues.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable.
• Generate financial reports summarizing accounts receivable status.
• Validate sales tax exemptions.
