Administrative Assistant (CFO / COO Support)

Role Overview :
Provide administrative and project support to the CFO / COO and Operations team, helping ensure smooth financial and organizational processes for nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing education and research through programs, events, and fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage calendars, travel, expense reports, and presentations for CFO / COO
Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and external partners
Process invoices, expense reports, and payments (ACH / wires)
Assist with reports, audits, and committee / board meeting materials
Maintain records, filings, and digital documentation
Support special projects and internal audits as needed
Qualifications :
2+ years administrative / accounting support experience
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Concur, Stampli, or similar systems a plus
Discretion in handling confidential information
