Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Operations Manager (Gainsight Admin).

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for improving customer retention and growth

Serve as the primary administrator for Gainsight and optimize systems to meet business needs

Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Gainsight Administrator

Strong experience with Salesforce, Excel, and data visualization tools

Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for enhancing customer experience

Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into insights

Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
