Senior Accountant

GRUBBRR is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations This Senior Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of the day-day activities of the accounting department and not limited to accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and assist in the month-end close procedures. Must have excellent analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts in our fast-paced FinTech startup.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for preparing and processing the monthly billing to customers and interacting with Customer Support to address any billing issued or customer concerns.
• Update and maintain revenue tracking reports and prepare monthly and annual recurring revenue reports.
• Process daily accounting functions including invoicing, vendors payments, expense reimbursements and ACH payments.
• Reconcile inventory monthly and update inventory tracking reports.
• Recording monthly reconciliation on revenues, expenses, and intercompany activity.
• Prepare monthly commission reports for sales representatives based on compensation plans and performance.
• Participate in the month end close process which includes preparation of month end journal entries, account reconciliations, special reporting and researching unusual items.
• Prepare ad hoc requests and participate in special projects. Manage and reconcile income and expenditure accounts, reconcile the company’s bank and credit card statements.
• Participate in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with quarterly compliance reports.
• Participate in annual audits, including preparing / providing account information and answering auditors’ questions.
