RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST :

• The AP Specialist will match invoices with purchase orders efficiently and accurately
• Voucher and post invoices in a timely and precise manner
• The AP Specialist will verify entity, company, and GL coding, ensuring all invoices match prior to posting
• Assist with statement reviews, create credits, and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• The AP Specialist will support the accounting team with GL coding and purchase order inquiries as needed
