Hours : 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm Monday thru Friday

What’s a typical day as an Office Manager? You’ll be :

  • Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards
  • Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients, directing them to relevant staff
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering new items as needed
  • Interviewing and training new office employees, handling employment paperwork
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and collaborating to improve operations
  • Assisting with various administrative and financial tasks, such as posting payments and managing vendor bills
